West Bay Canadian Nursery is a “child centered” preschool located in Duhail Doha, Qatar, where children are to be treated with dignity and respected as members of our international community. Our focus is to provide a healthy and functional environment that put children first. We believe every child is an individual that develops at their own pace, according to their own ability, experiences, and interests. Children learn when they are ready to learn, thus we concentrate on providing “hands on experiences” through the use of play. Children in their early years learn mainly through play & tangible activities; providing “child-initiated play”, is the key to providing a positive head start to their life experiences.
Since every child is an individual with their own abilities, skills, and experiences; viewing the world from their own perspective, we believe that each child should be accepted and guided with positive influences.  Having the right to make decisions and choices.  Taking responsibilities.  Learning from their personal experiences and thoughts. Always treated with Worth, Dignity, Respect, having the Doors of Opportunities open freely for them as members of our Global Community.
