The senior management has been managing and directing nursery schools in Canada for over 10 years and is trained and experience in early child hood education, receiving her experience in the highest of Canadian childcare standards.

Our qualified and experienced director and lead staff is in charge of developing and implementing the curriculum program. Their main responsibilities are to insure the welfare of children, creating and reviewing all lesson plans, monitoring the classrooms and training the academic staff.

The role of the staff at West Bay Canadian Nursery is to interact with children by asking questions, being available, providing props and ideas, extending language, modeling play behaviors, initiating spontaneous small group activities in a well organized and supervise classroom. All staff is professional and is commented to putting children first, insuring safety and creating an education environment for children.
